Nick has been in the upholstery trade since leaving school, serving a full apprenticeship. During this time Nick was trained in all aspects of upholstery, mainly specialising in antique restoration. Now with over 40 years experience and over 34 years as a locally established business, Nick is still very passionate about his work.
Nick offers a vast service ranging from the recovery of wing chairs, settees, 3 piece suites, antique furniture, boat cushions, spring repairs, right through to fitting out restaurants, pubs and clubs and much more.

So your old piece has a good frame, there’s some significant initial saving to be had. Using modern materials with traditional skills can provide you with results that are even better than the original.
Nick has vast experience in all types of re-upholstery which includes the repair of modern, domestic, antique and commercial upholstery. Settees, chairs etc can be made to a customer’s specification or Nick can replicate existing furniture, larger or smaller if required.

Nick has expertly rejuvenated them for another 20 years + for the replacement cost of one large sofa these days.
